滾筒線專用頂升平移機(jī)（QJDY80）
 

一、 產(chǎn)品概況：
   本機(jī)用于滾筒流水線內(nèi)工件作90度輸出，輸送介質(zhì)采用4/2”雙節(jié)距大滾子鏈，電
   動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)，升降采用剪刀式頂升機(jī)構(gòu)。
二、 主要機(jī)構(gòu)：
   由”2”雙節(jié)距大滾子鏈n排(排數(shù)由用戶定)，機(jī)架，剪刀式頂升機(jī)構(gòu)，頂升吒
   缸，驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)等組成，輸送介質(zhì)可由用戶定.
三、 動(dòng)作原理：
   當(dāng)工件由滾筒線輸送到本機(jī)上方時(shí)，頂升機(jī)構(gòu)開(kāi)始上升托起工件，待頂升到位全，
   起動(dòng)電機(jī)，滾子鏈運(yùn)動(dòng)，把工件從滾筒線的90度方向輸出.
四、 技術(shù)參數(shù)：
  ■移動(dòng)線速度V=10m/min；
  •頂升行程S=40mm(由用戶提供)
  •電機(jī) N380V 120W 50HZ；
  •HLB尺寸由用戶定

 3. the principle of action:
   When the workpiece is transported from the drum line to the top of the machine,
   the lifting mechanism begins to lift the workpiece, to be fully lifted, to start the
   motor and roller chain motion, and to output the workpiece from the 90 degree
   direction of the roller line.
